Amit has worked on my team for over 2 years and over that time he has made a significant impact to the team and business. First and foremost, his foundational layer of passion, energy, and motivation to always take things to the next level of excellence is inspiring. He often goes above and beyond typical expectations in his ability to thoroughly analyze business problems. He has demonstrated his resourcefulness and creativity to solve ambiguous problems, often when data was not readily available. He forged tracks to discover new ways and partnerships to obtain the information he needed. I am also proud of Amit’s responsiveness and willingness to provide support and intelligence to groups who needed his help. Through sharing his analysis with other teams, they were more knowledgeable about making the right business decisions. When he moved to another role within the company, he left the team with a host of newly developed resources and methodologies that could sustain the teams productivity in his absence. Amit reported indirectly to me at Microsoft and it was a lot of fun working with him. Amit is passionate about his work and works very hard. The project we worked on together was had a very tight timeline with daily scrums and a tremendous amount of uncertainty. Amit was instrumental in making this project happen. Amit is a diligent, practical, and detail oriented researcher, and articulator. We had an opportunity to engage with him for many months on competitive, technology, and industry trends research; especially in the context of personal assistants, personalized search results, and consumer scenarios with commercial intent focus. I worked with Amit as the founding team of Bing Business Bot. Amit is my product manager. The project is to build MVP project to quickly use conversational AI on enterprise customer. Amit has rich business ideas, technical and action oriented. He successfully managed all dependencies and effectively sells to real customers just at the time we built our MVP. We won no.1 place among 250 project nomination and demo'ed by our CEO and are very glad to have him in the team,

Amit is a highly driven and detail-oriented product manager. Amit can seamlessly straddle breath and depth due a diverse background spanning market research, development, and consulting. Working with Amit on Bing Local, I was super impressed with his collaboration across teams and ability to lead with agile, data-driven decisions. He will be an asset to any team.

I had an opportunity to work with Amit on the Bing Business Bots project. A highly enthusiastic person and a great team player, I found him to be innovative yet grounded in customer needs. Amit has been a great business partner for several years.
