Amit is a hard working,innovative and self motivated team worker. Amit is one of the best colleagues I have had. He mentored me in my early days at Adobe, and I learnt a lot while working with him. He has good technical skills and a good understanding of the domain. He quickly develops expertise in any area he works upon. He is someone who can be trusted with newer responsibilities and he will come out tops. He is a good team player as well. A nice person to whom you can reach anytime with the problems and he is ready to solve them. It was Amit’s brainchild to start the Toastmasters Club at Adobe India. He made sure to convince the management for support and some employees to join the group while organizing the resources for the club. Under his leadership the club grew from five to 40 members with in very first year. It was Amit’s dedication and methodical approach towards driving this initiative that kept all the members motivated to put in their best. During Amit’s leadership the club brought home many laurels such as distinguished club status sooner than anticipated. And the tradition still continues.

In Amit I found an icon of inspiration which is worth of inspiring any surrounding which he chooses to be with. I know him from last few years since we joined our first job in the same firm(CA, India). I had gotten an opportunity to work with him directly. He is lot more talented than what he appears in his first impression. That's a great gift because he always had something better next time to inspire someone and enrich the surrounding community. He had been a nice performer in the task he had been assigned to and he made sure to own and to finish the task. He had been a nice team player. Beyond his effectiveness in job responsibilities, the quality that makes him stand out of the mass, is his relentless efforts in perusing many initiatives which can make a better world out of the workplaces. As time went by and I joined him back to our second firm(Adobe, India), I realized the multifaceted talents of Amit when I found his ability to add elation to the ambiance of the places he goes to; is actually a spontaneous outcome of his governing philosophy and management skill set, than mare some occasional stunts. He has done an excellent job as founder and President of toastmasters club at Adobe, India.

I've found Amit to be a very meticulous, dedicated and hard working person. He has always met his deadlines, no matter what it took for him to do so.
